John Mazza
Founder
John was raised in the foothills of North Carolina, where his mother worked as an educator, specializing in academically gifted children. Through her, he imbibed a profound appreciation for the value of education, knowledge, and extending a helping hand.
Throughout his extensive career, his primary focus has been on delivering trustworthy guidance and promoting financial success. He aids his clients in assessing their goals, formulating strategic and tactical asset allocation plans, selecting investment managers, and evaluating outcomes. Collaborating with his investment associates, he focuses on crafting tailored wealth management strategies for a diverse clientele, including individuals, families, entrepreneurs, private foundations/endowments, and privately held corporations.
His educational background comprises degrees in History, English, and Liberal Studies from Wilkes Community College, Appalachian State University, and Wake Forest University, respectively. Additionally, he pursued Executive Financial Planning studies at Wake Forest University, which eventually led him into his current profession after eight years of teaching at the collegiate level. He has North Carolina Life, Accident, and Health licenses and holds FINRA registrations for the Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 exams.
In his commitment to meeting the diverse life insurance and income protection needs of individuals and corporations alike, he maintains affiliations with highly regarded insurance carriers.
He has been honored as a member of the President’s Club of Ameritas since 2021. Furthermore, he actively participates as a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA). John also serves on the Government Relations Committee for NAIFA North Carolina.
John lives in Summerfield, North Carolina with his wife, Amanda, and their children.

Amanda Mazza
Co-Founder
Since her early years, Amanda has found fulfillment in engaging in service-oriented projects. Whether it involved volunteering with the Girl Scouts, school clubs or dedicating time to teach and assist young learners, her professional journey has consistently revolved around service and aiding others.
Possessing a degree in Chemistry from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, she has accumulated valuable experience in the technical customer service sector over several years. Her skillset is notably proficient in crafting operational processes and plans, prioritizing a seamless workflow, all while ensuring that the customer experience remains personal, innovative, and up to date.
Currently, she holds valid North Carolina Life, Accident, and Health licenses as well as her North Carolina Notary Commission.
Actively participating in organizations such as Women in Insurance and Financial Services (WIFS) and the Junior League of Greensboro (JLG), Amanda is committed to contributing to her community and industry.
She resides in Summerfield, North Carolina, and shares her home with her husband, John, and children.
Kyle Anderson
Wealth Planning Specialist
From the skies to financial industry, Kyle’s journey reflects his deep passion for helping others achieve their dreams. Initially driven by his love for airplanes, rockets, and space, Kyle dedicated his early career to engineering and project development, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Over time, he recognized the critical role that financial and insurance planning played in his own life, inspiring him to shift his focus to finance. This transition was fueled by a desire to empower others to pursue their goals and passions with confidence. Kyle wants to see people soar!
As a dedicated professional, Kyle now leverages his analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to serve a diverse clientele. During her years managing wellness initiatives in the corporate sector, she developed strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, competencies that serve her well in the financial services industry. Her passion for promoting overall well-being continues to guide her work, now centered on helping clients strengthen their financial health.
Known for being proactive and detail-oriented, Victoria recently enhanced her technical skill set by earning a certification in Microsoft Excel. She leverages both her analytical and interpersonal strengths to provide exceptional client service and support operational efficiency.

David Woodard

With over 44 years in the insurance industry, David Woodard has dedicated his career to serving families across North and South Carolina, particularly in Raleigh and Hamlet.His journey began with Union Central Life Insurance Company, where he has been a steadfast presence in the Raleigh office—remarkably, only the third agent to lead that location since its establishment in 1893.
David's professional path is uniquely intertwined with the railroad industry.Having spent years working on the railroad, he developed a profound understanding of the challenges faced by railroad employees and their families. Dave developed a profound appreciation for the hardworking individuals on the railroad.This experience has been invaluable in his insurance career, allowing him to offer tailored guidance and support to those within the railroad community.
